Ultimate-specific workouts plans, sessions, & classes

Our services are designed to help you feel and perform your best as a player. All plans include strength, power, conditioning, speed, and agility components for club, college, and youth players. All exercises are based on a sport, movement, and physiological analysis of ultimate Frisbee. 

You can expect decreases in 40-yard dash and serpentine times by as much ½ second, increase your vertical by up to 4 inches, and 100-yard dash by up to 2 seconds!
