Plans offered

WellLifeUP offers online plans for the youth, college, and club levels. You’ll get an email reminder each week! All plans include:

  • Off-season, pre-season, and in-season phases

  • (3) Workouts per week for each phase

  • Descriptions and videos for each exercise

Yearly

  • Full Year (9 months)

  • Establish correct technique for strength, power, & speed, and agility

  • Train balance, coordination, speed & running form

SEASON/ Monthly

  • Season Plan (6 months)

  • Train for your peak athletic potential in less time

  • Get stronger, jump higher, improve recovery and avoid injury

CLUB

  • Full year plan

  • Phased plans to peak at the right times and avoid injury

  • Ultimate-specific exercises, sets, and reps to take your game to the next level


Personalized ONline Workouts

  • Train for ultimate with the accountability of your dedicated coach and trainer
