  • Join the group, or train on your own!

All Sessions Include:

  • Ultimate-specific exercises, sets, and reps

  • Modifications for injuries or individual needs

  • Weekly accountability, time and place to work out

Ultimate Speed Class

Join us for weekly speed & track workouts!

  • Improve running form and starting technique

 

Ultimate Speed Class - Uses a track and running technique to improve efficiency and speed. Meets once per week mid-May through late July.

Includes warm-up and speed exercises

Wednesdays 6:45pm | Lowe’s Grove in Durham

Online Strength Class for Ultimate - Uses sport-specific lifts to build fitness, strength, and power for ultimate Frisbee. Meets online once per week.

Includes flexibility and conditioning

Mondays 6:45pm | Online Only

We will cancel all major holiday weeks. Max class size is 8. Waiver required.

Katy Harris is a master trainer and certified Strength and Olympic Lifting coach. She played college for Pleiades and club women’s in North Carolina Backhoe, Phoenix, and Scandal in Washington, DC. She currently plays for a co-ed team in the triangle.
