Online Strength Classes for Ultimate Players
Online strength classes for ultimate help you get stronger, jump higher, and get faster with motivation and support from your peers. Workouts include body weight circuits, weighted strength and power exercises, as well as speed, agility, cardio intervals for peak fitness. Technical and max lifts (e.g. squat, deadlift, power clean and jerk, snatch, and power press) build sport-specific total body power and flexibility.
Classes include a 5-10 minute warm-up, flexibility, and recovery based on phase or season. Choose a single class, a monthly pass, with or without a private session. All workouts based on a sport and movement analysis of ultimate Frisbee, designed for club players ages 19+.
