About Katy
MSPH, CSCS
Katy cares about your development as a complete and healthy athlete. She specializes in proper technique and injury prevention for athletes and has developed ultimate-specific strength and conditioning, power and jumping, and speed and agility programs to help athletes reach their peak performance in the sport.
Playing at the national level for over 20 years, Katy’s passion for ultimate, training, and health inform her guidance and support for athletes. She brings her personal experience as an athlete and extensive educational background in public health, exercise, and sports science together under one roof at WellLife Consulting, LLC.
