Ultimate Frisbee Back to School Fall Program
Each session is 60 minutes 1 time per week, for 3 weeks, on Mondays at 7:00pm
SESSION 1: Gym strength session - total body strength and power
SESSION 2: Field speed session - improve running form and speed technique
SESSION 3: Field agility session - apply agility concepts to ultimate-specific drills
Gym sessions are at ActivEdge; Field sessions are at Old Chapel Hill Road Park OR central location for the group
All NEW clients will receive a FREE 30-minute assessment
Athletes will receive personalized feedback and suggestions for improvements
DATES: Mondays at 7:00pm, October 14th, 21st, and 28th.
Drop in Session - $20 (1 Session)
Full Program - $49 (3 Sessions)
