Reach peak Ultimate performance with yearly or monthly training plans. specifically for your team. Plans progress in phases with taper workouts and rest days around tournaments. Train strength and endurance, power, speed, agility, and reaction time specifically for ultimate Frisbee. Phases are 3 months weeks each. Workouts are specific to age, gender, and level of play, and take into account peak and recovery periods.
ALL PLANS INCLUDE:
Off-season, Pre-season, In-season, and Post-season phases (3 months each)
Weekly summary email with instructions, descriptions, diagrams, and videos
Day 1 and Day 2 workouts train strength, conditioning, power, speed, & agility
Gym workouts with Levels I, II, & III, no equipment versions for season
Core & flexibility exercises for injury prevention for ultimate players
Nutrition recommendations, smoothie recipes for athletes
Option #1: $249 - Single Season Plan (2, 6-week phases) - Ultimate-specific season-based training. Options include Post-Season, Off-Season, Pre-Season, OR Off-Season for peak strength, power, & speed, and/or conditioning.
Option 2: $599 - 6 Month Plan (2, 12-week phases) - Ultimate-specific training plans for 6 months, including muscular endurance and conditioning, maximum strength, power, speed, & agility components for Pre-Season and In-Season.
Option 3: $899 - Full Year Plan (4, 12-week phases) - Ultimate-specific training programs for the whole year, including general fitness, off-season strength & conditioning, muscular endurance, maximum strength, power, speed, & agility components
