Athlete Workout & Nutrition Plans
Individual Nutrition and Workout plans are 6 weeks and coincide with TEAM workout plan phases. Choose workouts, nutrition, or both.
Workout plans include a weekly personalized email with exercises based on equipment or space and/or limitations due to injury. Plans include a weekly schedule, instructions, and videos, and (1) 20-minute workout consultation per phase.
Nutrition plans include personalized recommendations and macros based on your initial Athlete Questionnaire. Plans also include an example 5-day menu plan, schedule, and grocery list, gluten-free, dairy-free meal and smoothie recipes, and (1) 20-minute nutrition consultation.
Option #1: $39 (per Phase) Personalized Workout Plan & Consultation - (12) weeks of email support, (1) 20-minute workout consultation
Option #2: $59 (per Phase) Personalized Nutrition Plan & Consultation - (6) weeks of email support, (1) 20-minute workout consultation
Option #3: $79 (per Phase) Nutrition Plan & Consultation - (12) weeks of email support, (1) 30-minute workout and nutrition consultation per phase (3 months)
