INSTRUCTIONS

  • Set up 2 cones 10-12 yards apart in a straight line, or 15 yards for males or taller females.

  • Complete each exercise down and back as indicated.

  • Rest 30’’ (seconds) every 3 exercises.


Exercises

  • Complete 1-2 sets total, with a 2-3’ (minutes) rest between sets.

  • If doing alone, complete x 2 sets, but only x 1 set for before or after a strength or power workout.
