Speed endurance iII

  • Workouts are ideally done on a track or flat asphalt road, or on a field in cleats.

  • Complete Speed Endurance workout as indicated, with 5-10 minutes rest between sets.

Instructions

  • Set up 6 cones in a straight line 20 yards apart.

  • ‘Sprint’ at 90-95% for intervals.

  • Rest is length of interval.
