Join us for Online Yoga for athletes help you improve flexibility and reduce injury!

Classes include a 5-10 minute guided meditation, a combination of yin yoga (slower poses) and gentle flow yoga to increase body core temperature, release blockages, and restore range of motion at joints. Poses include gentle twisting motions and poses specifically related to athletes.

An experienced yoga instructor and former ultimate player, Tain’s sessions will help you improve balance, coordination, and your practice to help you be a complete and healthy athlete.
