Join us for customized monthly plans to help you go beyond fitness to your peak performance as an athlete!

Designed specifically for youth, college, or club players, your plan will improve your overall strength and conditioning, speed, running form, and agility. Phased plans include Off-Season, Pre-Season, In-Season, and Post-Season, and recovery to peak at the right times while avoiding overtraining. Develop and master technique, and push yourself for the demands of the Club and Pro seasons.

ALL PLANS INCLUDE:

  • Weekly email with schedule and link to workouts with instructions, descriptions, and videos

  • Monthly 20-minute session to keep you motivated and on track

  • Private workout sessions to review technique (30 minutes)

  • Weekly Strength Classes for Ultimate Players to hold you accountable (60 minutes)
