Private and partner sessions and small group classes address core strength, body weight exercises, postural correction, cardio, and flexibility. Classes rotate between barbell, step, dumbell, kettle bell, TRX, and other functional movements (3-5 people).
Choose 30 or 60 minutes, with or without a partner.

Option #3: $25 Partner Personal Training Session, 30 minutes
Option #4: $39 Partner Personal Training Session, 60 minutes
