Customized 12-Week workout plan for the off-season (3 months)
Personalized Workout and/or Nutrition Session (30 minutes) recorded via Zoom
Unlimited Ultimate Fitness and/or Performance Classes for 3 months

MONDAYS @ 4pm (Raleigh, RunRaleighPT)
TUES / THURS @7:30pm (Durham, ActivEdge Fitness & Sports Performance)
