Our athlete yoga and stretching sessions will help you address relaxation of muscle tissue and fascia, increase range of motion at joints, calmness, and coordination to reduce inflammation and improve performance. All sessions are 30 minutes.

About the instructor: Tain Collins is a certified yoga instructor, musician, and actor with over 15 years’ experience teaching and healing through yoga. Sessions begin with a meditation, intention, and progress through poses of varying difficulty at your pace.
