With a focus on mastering technique and training maximum strength and power, you will reach your peak at the right times. Push yourself for the demands of the competitive club season with a plan only or with Strength & Speed Classes for Ultimate players.
Club Plans are for a full year and include Off-Season, Pre-Season, In-Season, and Post-Season Phases. Includes recovery and flexibility to avoid over-training and injury.
