  • Pre-season phases and dates (slide 4) are labeled on the left by Monday’s date, e.g. April 19th, 2021.

  • Each phase has 3 workouts per week, labeled Day 1, Day 2, and Day 3 (links above).

Abbreviations

  • TB = Total Body; MB = Medicine Ball; DB = Dumbell; KB = Kettle Bell; CV = Cardiovascular (or ‘cardio’)

  • ‘ = Minutes; ‘’ = Seconds
